Fashion Management Business Program

The University of the Arts London (UAL), referred to as ‘the Harvard and Cambridge of the art education world’, is recognized as one of the top education and research institutions for Arts and Design, as well as the largest university in Europe specializing in arts, design, fashion, film, performing arts, media, and journalism. The International Fashion Management Business Program is designed by ASDAN CHINA exclusively, in collaboration with UAL, featuring carefully curated courses in Fashion Business. Instructional sessions will take place at UAL’s London campus with teaching conducted entirely in English by UAL tutors. Additionally, seasoned fashion industry experts are invited to guide students to engage in practical exposure in the fashion industry, including garment manufacturing, fashion retail, and haute couture customization, and establish an international perspective on the forefront of the fashion industry. Upon completion of the program, students will obtain a training certificate issued by UAL and ASDAN UK certificate accredited by UCAS, enhancing their university application prospects.

EDDIE KNEVETT

Eddie currently holds the position of Fashion Accessories Procurement Manager, possessing extensive experience in purchasing and marketing for brand department stores and high-end luxury brands. He strategically transformed House of Fraser accessories from high-street brand products into one of the largest upscale luxury products in the UK. He established various collaborative models, including self-purchasing, franchise operations, and brand stores, with brands such as Hermes, Cartier, Gucci, Prada, YSL, Chloe, Givenchy, Mulberry, Paul Smith, and Michael Kors.

我从课程中学到了很多，我认为很多老师分享的内容都很有用，有一些是之前关注到了但可能没有深究的东西。比如说很多品牌做的广告还有视频里的选品都是有他们的原因的，我之前看广告、照片、视频的时候都会好奇为什么用那些具体的东西，但是没有真正研究过每个产品背后象征的意义，有些产品甚至还能联系到宗教想法。Tiffany的对戒广告上贴了一个胶布贴，我完全没有想到它的意义是为了凸显出真正的爱情是经得起考验的这个想法，虽然只是很简单的一个小细节，但是却让整个广告变得丰富了许多，也给看到这个广告的观众提供了情感共鸣，更容易引起他们的消费欲望。品牌的广告也不只是单单凸显出他们想推广的产品，同时也在传递给观众他们的品牌理念和品牌历史，通过这些小细节去强化品牌的形象。

自己DIY拼贴海报是我觉得相对来说最有趣的环节，现场为我们提供的杂志都是比较有名，排版很美观，内容新颖的时尚杂志，与我们参加的活动主题很符合。现场的老师也很专业，会在我们制作的时候提供建议，并且帮我们改善我们所制作的海报。最终海报展示的环节，每一组也都给出了他们独特新颖的想法，解释了制作的过程和想表达的想法。
