Enis Creative Arts Therapy & Psychology

As mental health gains widespread attention, ASEEDER has partnered with Enis Psychological Consulting Organization, a leading psychology and arts therapy service in China, to design the Enis Creative Arts Therapy & Psychology program for high school students. The program closely addresses real-life issues faced by adolescents: academic pressure, self-identity, interpersonal difficulties, and career exploration. Starting with industry awareness and psychology fundamentals, the program gradually delves into core schools of arts therapy and ethical guidelines. Students will systematically learn the principles and applications of various therapeutic approaches, such as integrative therapy, dance/movement therapy, drama therapy, and more. Immersive “Healing” workshops offer hands-on multi-modal experiences: begin with “playing with media” for non-verbal expression; depict self-portraits and inner gardens through painting; connect with the body, release stress, and envision the future through dance; explore relationships, practice courage expression, and navigate conflict through role-play in drama; plan a art therapy exhibition, performing a drama piece, completing a full learning cycle from theory to practice, from experience to creation. The program is taught by faculty from Beijing Normal University, Zhejiang University, and other renowned institutions, blending cutting-edge concepts with clinical experience. Upon completion, participants will receive a participation certificate issued by Enis and a Certificate in Careers and Experiencing Work Short Course accredited by UCAS to enhance their university applications.
