Its annual Global Talent Trends report and compensation databases serve as industry benchmarks defining global standards. Aligned with the mission of global universities to cultivate future leaders who drive social progress and create shared value, ASEEDER has partnered with Mercer to launch the Mercer Strategic Human Resources & ESG Social Innovation program, empowering the next business leaders to re-examine the interconnections between people, society, and commerce. Participants will not only develop sharp commercial acumen but also cultivate social responsibility and humanistic care. The program adopts the professional development model of career consultants. Through immersive learning experiences, including “Shadow Consultant” decision simulations and case retrospectives, students are guided to confront real-world social challenges with business wisdom to address specific themes such as disability inclusion, gender equality, and community coexistence. They will complete a full consulting simulation from problem diagnosis and solution design to value presentation, culminating in a strategic proposal that balances commercial viability with social impact. Upon completion, participants will receive a financial talent certificate issued by Mercer and a Certificate in Careers and Experiencing Work Short Course accredited by UCAS.
