Program Introduction

About Yinghe Law Firm International Law & Intellectual Property Training

In the context of rapid globalization, legal issues such as cross-border transactions, investment protection, and international trade disputes are on the rise, leading to an increased demand for international legal talents. Consequently, university majors in related fields have become popular application choices. ASEEDER, in collaboration with Beijing Yinghe Law Firm, has launched the Yinghe Law Firm International Law & Intellectual Property Training program, offering an opportunity for students to engage in theoretical learning and practical training. Senior lawyers specializing in international commercial law and intellectual property rights will be invited to co-teach. Students will visit courts, participate in simulated procuratorial meetings to understand the functions of ordinary criminal procuratorial work, interpret legal cases, engage in simulated evidence collection and case analysis, and ultimately complete a moot court challenge. Upon completion, students will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by Beijing Yinghe Law Firm and a Certificate in Careers and Experiencing Work Short Course accredited by UCAS. Outstanding students will also receive a recommendation letter signed by their mentors.

He currently serves as Deputy Director of the Legal Policy Committee at the China Property Management Association, Adjunct Faculty Member at China University of Political Science and Law's Juris Master Program, and External Supervisor for graduate students at China University of Geosciences.
