ASDAN and Orient International Group Co., Ltd., the largest textile and apparel group in China, the organizer of Shanghai Fashion Week, jointly launch a project involving international fashion management and luxury marketing. Executives from Gucci, Chanel, Givenchy, and Burberry will teach students courses and practical activities.

SABRINA
Sabrina is the Vice Dean of SIFEC FABA Fashion Business School and has been a part-time professor at New York Fashion Institute (ranked first in the world in 2020), North Carolina State University, and Donghua University. She has also taught at the University of Surrey in the UK, Istituto Marangoni (ranked fourth in the world in 2016), IFA Paris, and other institutions, accumulating nearly 20 years of experience in the fashion industry. With rich experience in product management, art display, retail, logistics, marketing, and customer relations, she currently serves as the Chief Business Officer of Lagardere, one of the world's top three travel retail companies. Previously, she was Director of Product and Art Display for Gucci China, leading Gucci to achieve rapid growth in recent years and a turnover of 6 billion RMB. Sabrina obtained her master's degree from Leeds University Business School in the UK. She has previously worked for Celine and Chanel and began her role as the Greater China Director of Product for Givenchy eight years ago before assuming the position of Director of Product for Burberry China.
Outputs
Conduct a marketing strategy analysis for the selected luxury brand's past seasons and propose a brand marketing plan that integrates current and future fashion trends.

I learned a lot from the course, and I found many of the insights shared by the teachers are very valuable. Some were things I had noticed before but hadn't delved into deeply. For example, many brands' advertisements and the selection of items in videos all have their reasons. I wondered why specific things were used in ads, photos, or videos. Still, I had never researched the significance behind each product symbol or connected some products to religious ideas. Tiffany's engagement ring advertisement had a band-aid attached, and I never thought its meaning was to emphasize the idea that true love withstands tests. Although it's just a simple detail, it enriches the entire advertisement and provides emotional resonance to the audience, making them more likely to desire the product. Brand advertisements highlight the products they want to promote and convey their brand philosophy and history to the audience, strengthening the brand's image through these small details.

I found the DIY collage poster-making session to be the most interesting part. The magazines provided on-site were well-known, beautifully laid out, and contained fresh fashion content, which aligned well with the theme of the event we participated in. The teachers on-site were also very professional, providing suggestions while making the posters and helping us improve them. During the final poster presentation, each group presented their unique and innovative ideas, explaining the creation process and the concepts they wanted to convey.

I enjoyed the luxury brand survey report the most. This survey allowed us to understand the brand deeply. It significantly improved my ability to learn independently and enhanced my teamwork skills. It enabled us to work together as a team of five to complete a task efficiently and pleasantly. This session also improved my public speaking skills. I am not particularly fond of summarizing and speaking for myself, but everyone had to summarize in this session, so I took that step and spoke for myself. This program has been very beneficial to me and has improved many of my abilities.
