AT International Finance Training
ASDAN China has strategically partnered with Amplify Trading (AT) from the United Kingdom to introduce an online simulated financial trading system used in the internal training of world-renowned investment banks, into Chinese secondary school education, allowing students to comprehend the intricacies of the financial industry through progressively challenging hands-on simulations.
Students will simulate stock market trading with a virtual fund of 20 million. The curriculum includes modules such as simulating the role of the Federal Reserve Chairman, Business Negotiations, Asset Management, and Investment Banking Sales.

Graduated from the Department of Economics at the University of Bath in the UK (First Class Honors), published papers on behavioral finance in the European Journal of Applied Economics, served as a consulting advisor for a European educational charity, and currently serves as the China Regional Director for Amplify Trading. With 7 years of experience in international financial market trading and training, she previously worked as an equity/stock index derivatives trader at Morgan Stanley's London headquarters, designed and conducted financial employability enhancement seminars for renowned UK universities such as Oxford University, Cambridge University, London School of Economics and Political Science, and Imperial College London.
TEACHER YIN HANG
Full-time teaching lecturer for Amplify Trading in China and a senior lecturer for CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Graduated from a master's program in the United States and has worked for leading global financial companies and real estate consulting firms for 5 years after returning to China. He has served as an IPO public relations director and client director, with extensive experience in the financial industry. He was responsible for the IPOs of companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including Bilibili, Vipshop, Ctrip Travel, and Huazhu Group.

Before participating in this project, I didn't deeply understand the finance profession. During the program, the teachers explained various aspects of the finance profession in detail, such as essential concepts, monetary policy, the functions of multiple departments in the finance industry, behavioral economics, university primary selection, and overall planning in the finance industry. Through this program, I gained a practical understanding of the skills required in this industry. I found that observation, calculation, and social skills are all important. After this practice, I found that I had misconceptions about some professions, and precisely, these misconceptions made me more interested in specific careers. They're different from what I imagined, and they become more attractive to me when they're different. This experience made me more interested in this industry and the position of investment manager. I discovered that this industry is not as dull as I thought. On the contrary, it is a very sophisticated industry.
Moreover, this experience gave me a relatively unfamiliar experience (practice, asset allocation, evaluating investment ratios, etc.). These are relatively professional skills that I have never encountered before. After constantly consulting and seeking help from teachers, I became calmer when facing changes in stock market gains. I no longer panic or feel at a loss like when I first encountered practical operations. Instead, I learned to calmly analyze the market situation and handle the news's impact.
